Job summary

AAA Texas LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Agent in San Antonio, TX. This role offers $100K+ earning potential and comprehensive benefits, including a pension plan, with paid training to ramp up quickly.

You will source, develop leads, prospect, and network to meet monthly goals, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high retention. A strong work ethic and self-motivation are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance).
• Have computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications:
