Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in California is seeking a Sales Agent to drive top-line growth through sourcing leads, prospecting, and sustained networking. You will be paid training, enjoy strong earning potential, and be part of a team that values initiative, self-determination, and a winning attitude.

Starting hourly pay is $28.85 with full-time earnings averaging $99,600–$121,700 annually after training, plus uncapped commissions for exceeding goals and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Qualify and maintain P&C and life insurance licenses.
• Computer proficiency and good organizational skills.
• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen required.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
