Pronto Insurance in Texas is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our growing network. You will provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, identify client needs, and offer insurance solutions while achieving sales goals.

The role includes fully paid training, licensing support, and the opportunity to earn commissions on top of an hourly base pay. Travel to other office locations within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls in a goal-oriented environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and by phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, and leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts and build community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions and balance daily deposits.
• Open and close the office and maintain a professional environment.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and company procedures.
• Travel and work at other office locations within the region when needed.

Job Details

• Compensation: Hourly base pay plus commission.
• Schedule: Full-time availability required.
• Training: Fully paid training provided. No prior insurance experience required.
• Licensing: We cover licensing, exam fees, renewals, and provide support throughout the process. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required insurance license.
