Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking talented sales professionals in Conway, AR to source and develop leads, prospect continually, and build a profitable business. You will drive monthly targets with a competitive sales drive while delivering excellent customer service and retention.

Strong communication and self-motivation are essential. We offer paid training, comprehensive benefits including a pension plan, and a robust 401(K) with company match.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain licenses for Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance.
• Computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background check, credit check and drug screen will be completed.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.
