Job summary

GO Car Wash is hiring a Sales Advisor to help customers keep their cars looking their best and to introduce membership options. You’ll work outdoors, meet new people, and earn uncapped commissions with every signup.

Typical earnings are around $17.50 per hour, plus roughly $2 per hour in commissions. No prior sales experience required—we’ll train you and offer paid training, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is awesome—but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with great energy
• Recommend the best wash and membership options
• Earn uncapped commission by helping customers sign up for memberships
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash
• Help customers with our self-serve vacuum area
• Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for every customer

• Learn quickly and follow safety procedures
• Like being active instead of sitting behind a desk
