Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a driven Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy in Lancaster, PA 17601. You will share your Sony enthusiasm, demonstrate demos, and help customers choose home theater gear.

Weekly 20-hour shifts include Friday 2pm-7pm and weekend 11am-7pm; you will earn $19.00–$21.00 per hour with quarterly bonuses, paid training, and 401(k) with company match. Reporting and tech-ready responsibilities complete the role.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail or promotions preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers.
• Must have reliable transportation to report to Best Buy Lancaster.
• Ability to use mobile devices for reporting and product information.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Sony home cinema products and close sales at the Best Buy store.
• Assist customers in choosing home theater gear with informed recommendations.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and targets.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products and promotions.
• Complete post-shift surveys and feedback reporting.
