ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join the Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy in Fredericksburg, VA. You will demonstrate Sony home cinema innovations and help customers choose the right products.

The role offers $18-$20 per hour for 20 hours weekly (Fri 3pm-8pm; Fri, Sat, Sun 11am-7pm), with weekly W2 pay, paid training, a 401(k) match, and PTO. Start date is immediate upon selection.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in consumer electronics or retail.
• Ability to engage customers and drive recommendations for home theater gear.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for demos and upselling.
• Experience presenting product features through live demonstrations.

Responsabilités

• Share Sony enthusiasm with dazzling demos for customers and store associates.
• Help customers make informed choices using expertise on home theater gear.
• Close sales and achieve weekly targets through proactive engagement.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products and features.
• Complete post-shift surveys with photos to communicate feedback.
