Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a driven Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy in Middletown, NY. You will showcase Sony home cinema products and engage customers with demos to drive sales.

This role is 20 hours per week with Fridays 3pm-8pm and weekends 11am-7pm. You’ll receive weekly pay, paid training, performance bonuses, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience and comfort with demos.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and explain Sony home cinema products.

Responsibilities

• Share your Sony enthusiasm by performing demos to showcase Sony's technology.
• Provide engagement strategies and recommendations on home theater gear.
• Close sales and help achieve weekly targets.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products.
• Complete post-shift surveys and reporting with photos.

• Share your Sony enthusiasm: Delight store associates and customers with dazzling demos to showcase Sony's innovative technology
• Help customers: Provide effective engagement strategies and expert recommendations on home theater gear!
• Close sales and achieve weekly sales goals: Proactively overcome customer objections like a sales superhero!
• Educate and train store personnel: Equip them with Sony knowledge so they can share it confidently!
• Post-Shift Reporting: Complete surveys with pictures to communicate feedback
