ANINE BING is seeking a Sales Advisor/Stylist for our Short Hills store, full time or part time. The role involves in-store and digital customer service, building client relationships, and achieving store sales goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in fashion, styling, or retail sales, with experience creating a client book and a positive energy. Strong communication and flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays) are required.

ANINE BING is looking for a full time or part time Sales Advisor/ Stylist to join the team at our store located in Short Hills.

The Sales Advisor (which we refer to as Stylist) is the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING. The person in this role will work with an in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service experience.

The ideal candidate is eager to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves to work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals.

Responsibilities Include

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts
• Ability to meet physical demands, including but not limited to: standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing all essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
