GO Car Wash is hiring a Sales Advisor to work outdoors, greet customers, and promote memberships. You’ll develop sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced setting while earning uncapped commissions.

Typical earnings are around $15/hour with additional commission opportunities. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys talking to people and helping them find the right car wash solutions.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a Sales Advisor, you'll help customers keep their cars looking their best while introducing them to membership options that fit their needs.

Every shift, you'll:

• Earn uncapped commission by helping customers sign up for memberships
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash
• Help customers with our self-serve vacuum area
• Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for every customer
• Love talking with people

• Want to build confidence in sales and communication
• Stay positive and motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Learn quickly and follow safety procedures
• Like being active instead of sitting behind a desk

Sales or customer service experience is awesome—but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout your shift

Typical earnings: Around $15/hour

That includes:

• Average of $2/hour in uncapped commissions from membership sales
• Top performers regularly earn even more
