Job summary

Mr-Wash-Car-Wash is seeking a motivated Car Wash Sales Advisor to engage customers and sell Unlimited Wash plans. The role features flexible hours, weekly pay, and plenty of opportunities to earn more than $25/hour with sales incentives.

Starting pay is $17.15/hour, with full-time and part-time positions available. Health benefits, PTO, and 401(k) matching are offered to eligible employees. Training and advancement opportunities are provided based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with customers (Hospitality, Retail, etc.).
• Willing to work outside during all seasons.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Computer/Point-of-Sales knowledge.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
• Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer promptly with a smile.
• Inform customers of Unlimited Wash plans and make the sale.
• Answer questions and provide direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process.
• Help maintain operations throughout the location.
