Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration clerical and sales support professional in Washington. You will greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide quotes for tires and wheels while guiding them to the right expertise.

You will assist with store accounting, credit administration, inventory, and merchandise pickup as needed. The role emphasizes customer service, sales promotion, and efficient processing in a fast-paced environment, with lifting up to 20 pounds and

Responsibilities

Greet customers and discuss their needs; answer questions about tires, wheels, vehicle repairs, and related issues.
Provide product and service quotes and refer customers to qualified colleagues as needed.
Assist with store accounting and bookkeeping procedures and administer the Les Schwab credit program.
Assist with store inventory and with picking up merchandise and parts as required.
Promote store sales and deliver excellent customer service, identifying customer wants and needs.
