Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Enterprise Sales Account Specialist Internship at our Fargo, ND location. You’ll gain hands-on experience in management and outside sales, working from day one in a team-based environment alongside first- and second-year professionals.

As a paid intern, you’ll learn to run a successful operation, build marketable skills, and contribute to real projects. The role starts in May for 10–12 weeks; eligibility requires being a current college student, 21+ with a valid

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than Spring 2028.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.
• DOT regulations: Applicants must be at least 21 and qualified to drive under DOT; medical exam certificate or DOT exam may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Possibly qualify for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

The pay for this position starts at $17 / hr.

When you join our Sales Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Account Specialists. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
