Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Texas seeks a field sales representative to drive beer category growth. You will visit accounts, execute promotions, and maintain shelf presence across retail locations.

This role requires strong communication with store personnel and keen attention to display execution. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of experience or 4–5+ years with a HS diploma, plus a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS Diploma/GED with 4–5+ years of experience.
• Must be 21+ or meet state age requirements.
• Reliable car, valid license, auto insurance as required by law.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and grow distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and promotions.
• Maintain product quality controls and code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to customer accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize stockouts and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor shelf placement and rotate stock for freshness and visibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
