Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive to connect with prospective clients interested in life insurance solutions. You will educate clients, assess needs, present suitable coverage, and guide them through the application process.

This is a remote, performance-based independent contractor role offering flexible scheduling, onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship while accessing multiple national insurance carriers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time-management skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Compensation
