Job summary

Fountain is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers who believe that all children have the right to safe and reliable access to their education. Drive K-12 students to and from school in a welcoming, positive environment.

This part-time role averages 20 hours weekly, with shifts Monday–Friday, 6:00–9:00 am and 1:00–4:30 pm. Summers off may be offered. You will be a W2 employee with paid training and safety tech in every vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Current and valid auto insurance and accompanying vehicle registration.
• At least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Able to pass onboarding including background check, fingerprinting, drug screening, and a vehicle inspection.
• Read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available Monday–Friday, 6:00–9:00 am and 1:00–4:30 pm on weekdays.

• You are able to pass a comprehensive onboarding process, including but not limited to BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection
