Tucanos in Saint Charles, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager – Guest Champion & Team Builder to lead with heart on the dining floor. You’ll greet guests, coach a diverse team, and balance front-of-house and back-of-house operations to deliver warm, unforgettable Brazilian churrasco experiences.

You’ll mentor colleagues, uphold high standards, and partner with the General Manager to build a performance-driven, guest-focused culture.
