Job summary

Miller Irrigation & Landscape Lighting in Minnesota is seeking an experienced irrigation technician for our Irrigation Service Department. This is a salaried role with a base salary of $50,000-$60,000, plus overtime pay and commissions on estimates you sell, plus performance incentives.

You’ll work a consistent 8–10 hour day with year-round employment, paid holidays, PTO, healthcare, and a 401(k) with company match.

Wefer a well-established, highly regarded company with 24 years of experience providing premium irrigation and landscape lighting services to some of the best clients in the region. This is a salaried position with a base salary of $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience, that includes overtime pay, commission on all estimates you sell, and a range of performance-based incentives that reward high-performing technicians. Our team members regularly earn $8K–$12K+ in overtime and up to $20K/year in bonuses and commissions through spiffs, tech-generated lead bonuses, care plan sales, and more. Technicians work a consistent 8-10 hour daily schedule, with year-round employment and optional overtime during peak seasons. We’re looking for a dependable technician with strong troubleshooting skills and experience with professional-grade irrigation systems.
