Job summary

Menlo Park Adult Social Care Hereford seeks a proactive Salaried GP to join a GP Training, Teaching and Research practice with a strong local reputation.

The role offers 4–8 sessions per week, 25 patient contacts per day with 15-minute appointments, and minimal admin thanks to a clinical pharmacists team and efficient support staff. Indemnity fees, NHS pension, 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave are included. There is potential for partnership in the future for the right candidate.

A proactive forward-thinking GP Training and Teaching practice in Hereford offering progressive general practice. The Practice seldom recruits outwardly, owing to strong staff retention and a great reputation locally.

The Practice benefits from a dynamic team of Partners who encourage special interests, alongside a proactive management team. Diverse clinical support team of Clinical Pharmacists, ACPs and Physios, alongside an excellent secretarial team.

Enjoy an exceptional workload, in line with BMA safe working guidance (25 patients max/day), with a choice between 10 and 15-minute appointments.

Salary –

~£11,500 per session + Indemnity insurance paid + NHS Pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave.
