Compass Group USA's FLIK division is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position at Royal Caribbean in Miami, FL. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday; hours may vary and online applications are accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses with slicing machine or knives.
• Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold food items.
• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads following production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments.
• Maintains clean, safe work areas and follows HACCP procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work surfaces, counters, and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
