The Dough Shed Pizzeria in West Jefferson, NC is seeking a dependable Salad Bar Attendant to join our team. This part-time role offers lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts with on-the-job training available.

No prior salad bar or food prep experience is required. We provide flexible scheduling, a free meal each shift, advancement opportunities, and no late-night hours; shifts typically end by 8 PM Sunday–Thursday or 9 PM Fri–Sat.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients daily according to our recipes and standards.
• Keep our salad bar fresh, clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, refilling or replacing items as needed.
• Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized food prep area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work together with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.
• Help with general kitchen, cleaning, and closing tasks as needed.

The Dough Shed Pizzeria is looking for a dependable Salad Bar Attendant to join our team in West Jefferson!

We offer part-time opportunities with lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts available.

And one of the best perks of restaurant work at The Dough Shed? No late nights! We close at 8 PM Sunday–Thursday and 9 PM Friday–Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare fresh ingredients daily according to our recipes and standards
