Idenhaus is looking for a SailPoint IdentityNow Developer/Architect to join our team. This position is open to full-time or contract for an experienced developer with 7+ years of development experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. As a Solutions Architect you will be responsible for being the technical lead in the successful installation, integration and deployment of SailPoint IdentityNow SaaS and IdentityIQ software projects for clients and partners.

About the Role
The SailPoint IdentityNow Architect will design, implement, and optimize enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using the SailPoint IdentityNow platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing consulting experience, guiding organizations through their identity transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions across diverse enterprise environments.
• Develop and configure workflows, rules, lifecycle events, certificates, and connectors to integrate with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, HRIS, and SaaS applications.
• Define and document high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD) including capacity planning, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business and compliance requirements into technical specifications that align with IAM best practices.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending IAM strategies and automation approaches that align with business goals.
• Implement identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and policy-based access controls across enterprise applications.
• Deploy and optimize SailPoint IdentityNow integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, and custom connectors.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to IAM project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to design principles.
• Establish and maintain governance models, documentation, and operational processes for ongoing IAM programs.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years focused on SailPoint IdentityNow Identity and Access Management.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with SailPoint IdentityNow, including deployments, customizations, and connector configurations.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC, authentication protocols, access governance, and directory services.
• Proficiency in JSON, REST APIs, PowerShell, and JavaScript scripting for identity automation.
• Familiarity with industry compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ certification.
• Experience designing cloud‑native identity architecture in Azure AD or AWS environments.
• Prior consulting or professional services experience delivering multi‑client IAM solutions.
