Job summary

Sectech Solutions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area is seeking a SailPoint Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. You will help maintain, configure, and support our SailPoint platform to ensure secure access governance across the organization.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on SailPoint IIQ or ISC experience, solid IAM concepts, and the ability to work on-site 3–4 days per week.

About the Role

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience working with SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint ISC.
• Location & Presence: Ability to work on-site 3 to 4 days per week in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
• Work Eligibility: Must hold full U.S. work authorisation with no current or future visa dependency.
• Skills: Solid understanding of core IAM concepts, directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), and basic scripting or Java troubleshooting skills.
