The Access Control Design team comprises two units:

• Access Control Design & Implementation, including a Consulting virtual team.

Segregation of Duties

Role Overview

This is a senior position within the Access Control Design team, focused on Identity Governance activities, particularly myID role management using SailPoint IIQ. Responsibilities include:

• Hands-on creation, modification, and removal of roles, entitlements, workgroups, and applications in myID (collectively called ‘onboarding’), collaborating with colleagues to develop role-based access artefacts.
• Contributing to the development of tools, techniques, and innovations through scripting and automation.
• Providing consulting services related to myID role management.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve ACD-specific outcomes and perform related duties.
• Define and refine process documentation.
• Assess the quality and readiness of colleague requests, managing your own portfolio to completion.
• Automate manual activities to enhance IAM control consistency and coverage across the bank.
• Collaborate with various technology and business teams to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities, considering risk and control factors.

Additional duties include understanding Risk, Audit, and Compliance policies, working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and communicating proficiently across teams. The role involves oversight and peer mentoring of security analysts, without direct HR reports.

Skills and Experience

Must-have

• Experience in a dynamic team environment.
• Exposure to technologies used in financial institutions, e.g., SailPoint Identity IQ, banking, and payment systems.
• Experience in IT roles, with at least 2-3 years in IAM/cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in low-code or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Power Apps.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and soft skills.
