Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process during 7:00pm-7:30am night shifts at Saint Annes Hospital, Fall River, MA. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes in line with the care plan.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in nursing with BSN preferred, MA RN license and BLS; ACLS or PALS may be required in some departments.

SUMMARY:

The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care based on the nursing process within assigned work periods. They function as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes consistent with the comprehensive plan of care. RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge of nursing process, social, behavioral and biological sciences normally acquired via approved nursing program.
Able to provide age and culturally specific care to the population served.
Ability to analyze data, to synthesize and summarize information and to make judgements regarding patient care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
For specialty areas, related experience and qualifications may be required.

EDUCATION:

Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing. BSN strongly preferred.
MA RN license and BLS required (Some departments require ACLS or PALS)

Pay Range:

$35.70-$71.40
