Brown University Health is seeking an Emergency Room Technician to support patient care in the Fall River location. The role involves assisting nurses, performing phlebotomy and EKGs, applying immobilizers, and documenting vitals and interventions in the Emergency Department record.
Expect night shifts with a 32-hour weekly schedule. The position requires a High School diploma and BLS certification, with preference for prior ER tech experience and basic computer skills for charting and ordering
The Emergency Room Technician performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients, under the ultimate direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
