Baker Tilly US, LLP seeks a Sage Intacct BT360 Manager focused on the Construction vertical to deliver ERP implementations and ongoing client support. You will guide projects from discovery through go-live, aligning system functionality with client processes and enabling successful adoption.

You will lead functional teams, train users, and develop dashboards while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction. Flexible work arrangements available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or MIS preferred.
• 3+ years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct.
• Construction industry experience is highly valued.
• Sage Intacct Implementation Certification is desirable.
• Client-facing consulting experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

As a trusted member of the engagement team, you will be expected to:

Interpersonal Functions

• Provide prompt, concise, and friendly communications providing high quality service
• Utilize time management skills with ability to manage priorities independently and successfully multi-task across projects, customers, and internal activities
• Advocate for clients, team members, and the product
• Work effectively independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Act as project sponsor on resourced projects, managing resources and providing project updates to clients
• Understand, communicate expectations, and enforce SOWs and scope of BT360 program

Technical Functions

• Monitor and respond to customer technical issues, product questions and informational requests
• Clearly articulate system functionality through written and oral communication methods
• Coordinate, plan, and lead internal and client project team meetings
• Be able to: 1) configure and implement the Sage Intacct software, following our prescriptive implementation methodology resulting in in-scope/on-budget/on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and successful customer adoption 2) document customer business requirements into configurable software solutions and business management processes utilizing best practices and visual process flowcharts 3) perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements including recommendation of alternative applications to achieve similar goals when necessary 4) design and build industry specific key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards 5) conduct training for customer end-users at all levels of the customers organization and relate system functionality to customer business operations
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data
• Utilize and deepen your knowledge of the Sage Intacct software including development of expertise implementing and using Sage Intacct, as well as staying current with the latest product features and enhancements, especially those related to the CRE product at Sage
• Any additional assignments as requested by management

Successful Candidates Will Have

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Business, or MIS (with a foundational understanding of accounting concepts).
• Deep knowledge of the construction industry, including micro-verticals, operational/reporting requirements, and terminology.
• Knowledge of construction-specific payroll requirements, preferred
• At least 3+ years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct
• Construction industry experience working in accounting or operations (with general understanding of accounting principles)
• Public accounting experience
• Accounting and finance or similar as an end user of Sage Intacct or similar ERP system
• Sage Intacct Implementation Certification, and/or Sage Intacct Construction Implementation Consultant Certification Package
• Experience as a client-facing support consultant (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle software delivery or as an end-user during implementation or upgrades (preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of client data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $182,400. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors, including an applicant’s skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
