Qualifications

• 2-5 years of safety experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with incident investigations and safety audits preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and support multiple shifts.
• Bachelor's degree and OSHA 30 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with OSHA, GM, and company safety policies.
• Conduct safety audits and facility inspections to identify hazards.
• Investigate incidents, injuries and near misses and assist with corrective actions.
• Lead employee safety orientation, training and refresher programs.
• Maintain safety records, training docs, and compliance reports.
• Partner with Operations and HR to promote a positive safety culture.
• Monitor PPE usage, housekeeping, and material handling safety.
• Assist with customer safety requirements and audits.
