Job summary

Hogan Transportation Companies is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead safety and compliance initiatives across our North American operations. You will help develop, implement, and monitor safety programs to protect drivers, employees, and partners.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of FMCSA and OSHA standards, 2+ years in trucking safety, and preference for a Class A/B CDL, with excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills to report findings and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing safety and compliance initiatives.
• Class A or B CDL preferred.
• 2+ years in transportation/trucking safety experience.
• Thorough knowledge of FMCSA and OSHA safety standards.
• Experience with injury prevention programs.
• Knowledge of Hours of Service, accident and injury investigation.
• Experience reporting safety-sensitive issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication skills.
