Unilever in Independence, MO is seeking a SHE Supervisor to lead safety, environmental, and process safety initiatives that protect people and the planet. You will partner with plant leadership and global SHE experts to drive culture change and measurable improvements.
Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, driving World Class Manufacturing pillars, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing the safety capability of the workforce.

You’ll partner directly with plant leadership, manufacturing teams, and global SHE experts to transform safety performance, strengthen environmental sustainability, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. As the SHE Supervisor, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and change agent, partnering across the site to elevate safety and environmental performance.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
