AVFLIGHT CORPORATION's Lansing-based team seeks a Training and Standards Manager to oversee development and maintenance of training programs across Avflight’s network of 22 FBOs. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and standardization of instructional materials.

You will lead course development, coordinate audits, and collaborate with instructors to ensure high-quality training while traveling to locations as needed and maintaining impeccable safety practices.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the aviation industry
• Leadership experience in trainer/lead/supervisor/management roles
• Knowledge of Fuel Quality and Assurance (ATA 103), NFPA, SPCC guidelines and OSHA regulations
• Working knowledge of Avflight Standard Operating Procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong safety record and safety-first mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and travel frequently
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
