HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Safety Specialist/Manager to support projects in the Charlotte, NC area. You will ensure best practices, maintain safety compliance, and foster a culture of safety across on-site teams.

The role requires inspecting equipment, conducting daily safety meetings, and leading incident investigations to prevent recurrence, with a focus on OSHA standards and PPE usage. Travel may be involved depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-10 years of construction safety experience required.
• OSHA 30 hour in Construction certification required.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Must have experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.

• Electrical experience
