Job summary

Lynker Corporation is seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to support the safe planning and execution of technical programs, demonstrations, and field activities. The Safety Specialist will work with engineering, program management, and operations teams to identify hazards, develop risk controls, and maintain safety documentation.

This role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate safety concerns and recommended actions to technical and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in safety-related discipline.
• Experience supporting safety planning, hazard identification, risk assessment, or related activities.
• Ability to review technical and operational activities and document safety concerns clearly.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support safety planning for development, integration, testing, demonstrations, and field activities.
• Conduct hazard assessments, identify risks, and recommend controls.
• Develop and review safety plans, procedures, checklists, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate safety reviews and readiness discussions with leadership and teams.
• Track safety requirements and corrective actions; escalate unresolved concerns.
