Job summary

Rick Shipman Construction is seeking an aspiring Safety Specialist to protect workers across multiple sites in the United States. You will conduct audits, develop safety policies, train staff, investigate incidents, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local safety regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, CSP or equivalent certification, and 5+ years of safety experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification.
• 5+ years of experience in a safety-related role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
