Job summary

Legends GLOBAL in El Paso, TX is seeking a Safety & Security Supervisor to manage security officers, oversee patrols, and protect patrons and property during events.

The role requires 1–3 years of lead supervision, strong organizational and communication skills, CPR/First Aid training, and willingness to work outdoors and indoors, including occasional forklift operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate department schedules that comply with facility and events requirements.

• Recommend disciplinary action for subordinates.
• Maintain electronic records of D.A.R.s, Incident Reports, PMs, Inspections, etc.
• Generate work orders and upload documents via web-based application.
• Attend meetings and disseminate information; delegate duties.
• Knowledge of CCTV usage and data extraction; access control and badge generation.
• Report violations of Legends Global's conduct policies.
• Patrol premises to ensure safety; respond to alarms; escort disruptive individuals.
• Assist with crowd control and large sums of money handling.
• Operate forklift as needed; perform MOD duties as needed.
