Job summary

Moss is seeking a Safety Programs Coordinator to join the Safety Programs, Process & Compliance team in Ft. Lauderdale.

You will own and improve safety initiatives, coordinate program updates, and partner with Operations, HR, Fleet, Risk and Training to ensure programs meet regulatory requirements and drive safe, compliant operations. The role emphasizes building scalable programs, facilitating cross-functional meetings, and developing training resources with the Training & Development team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
  • 3-5 years of safety/process coordination experience.
  • Experience coordinating programs or process improvements.
  • ASP, CSP or safety certification preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Power BI experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate development and improvement of assigned safety programs and standards.
  • Act as program owner; ensure documentation and communications are up to date.
  • Research and launch new safety programs aligned with goals and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs.
  • Support rollout meetings and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop training materials with Training & Development.
  • Monitor programs using milestones and KPIs.
  • Assist with safety events and initiatives.
