• Handling subcontractor questions, requests, and routine communications.
• Entering information into client portals and vendor management systems.
• Ordering and tracking drug screens and background checks.
• Tracking training certifications and expiration dates.
• Maintaining subcontractor files and compliance documentation.
• Assisting with contract administration and document collection.
• Managing project status spreadsheets and reporting.
• Scheduling interviews, onboarding meetings, and project kickoff calls.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and per diem documentation when required.

Job Summary

This role will serve as a key point of contact between clients, safety professionals, and internal teams while providing responsive customer service and helping ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards. This position can be based in Cincinnati, Ohio, or performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for active projects
• Processing subcontractor invoices and timesheets
• Creating and maintaining weekly payroll submission reports
• Managing new project paperwork and client-required forms
• Assisting with proposal preparation and document formatting
• Coordinating project startup logistics and subcontractor onboarding
• Handling subcontractor questions, requests, and routine communications
