  • Monitor safety performance indicators such as TRIR, PVIR, near misses, safety observations, vehicle incidents, and electrical exposures.
  • Utilize safety data, telematics trends, and leading indicators to identify emerging operational risks and prioritize preventative actions.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of renewable safety programs including electrical safety, driver safety, field risk assessments, equipment safety, and mobilization readiness processes.
  • Support compliance with customer safety requirements and renewable-specific contractual obligations.
  • Participate in audits, customer reviews, and regulatory inspections.
  • Partner with Workforce Development, Operations, Fleet, HR, and Engineering teams to address safety risks and competency gaps.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Safety Specialists or Coordinators supporting renewable operations when applicable.

  • Working knowledge of electrical safety principles and energized work hazards.
  • Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to influence frontline supervisors and operational leadership in high-risk work environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret safety data and implement practical operational solutions.
