Job summary

HazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety operations on Data Center construction projects. This role requires ensuring OSHA compliance and implementing best safety practices to foster a culture where every worker goes home safe.

You will lead daily safety meetings, conduct investigations, and supervise subcontractors while managing fall protection, scaffolding, and excavation safety across Goodyear, AZ sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct construction safety experience is required.
• Degree in a safety-related field is preferred.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 certifications are a plus.
• CHST or CSP certifications are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
