Trillium Construction is seeking a full-time Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee safety programs and regulatory compliance across commercial and industrial construction projects.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $120,000, and it requires traveling to multiple project sites to work with field leadership while maintaining comprehensive safety documentation and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety.
• Experience with inspections, incident investigations, and employee training.
