Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of safety leadership experience within commercial or industrial construction.
• Mastery of OSHA regulations and specialized electrical or traffic control safety practices.
• Proven track record managing multiple active jobsites across distinct regional locations.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong communication capabilities to influence field personnel and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Direct proactive field safety audits and coaching across regional jobsites 3 to 4 days weekly.
• Formulate tailored safety orientations, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses for active work scopes.
• Lead comprehensive incident investigations and root-cause analyses to deploy preventive corrective actions.
• Analyze critical safety performance metrics and EMR benchmarks across client portals like ISNetworld.
• Partner closely with project managers and superintendents to eliminate job hazards without sacrificing productivity.
• Deliver weekly executive status reports highlighting compliance audits, training milestones, and inspection trends.
• Coordinate all regulatory documentation, permitting, and jobsite hazard records to exceed OSHA standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of a relevant Trade Program or Technical Certification in Occupational Safety.
• Active professional credentials including OSHA 500, CHST, NFPA 70E, or First Aid/CPR trainer status.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing contractor compliance software such as ISNetworld or Avetta.
• Hands-on familiarity with traffic-control work zones, flagging protocols, or TDOT-CDL requirements.
