Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a seasoned Construction Safety professional to lead safety programs on high‑risk projects in California. You will ensure compliance, perform risk assessments, and guide incident investigations to protect workers and project outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds BCSP certification with CSP/ASP, OSHA 30, and OSHA 510, plus 6+ years of construction safety experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required based on qualifications.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Minimum 6 years of construction safety experience. Must hold a current BCSP certification (Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), or other BCSP‑recognized credential). OSHA certifications required, including OSHA 30; OSHA 510 preferred. Demonstrated experience with safety compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, training, and regulatory requirements in construction environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety management practices. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on relevant safety experience and qualifications.
