The role centers on developing, implementing, and continuously improving safety systems, including SSPP and PTASP, with emphasis on regulatory compliance, data analysis, and staff leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in system safety assurance, certification, and reporting.
• Minimum of 3 years leading or supervising people.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and oversee enterprise-wide safety management systems ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead initiatives to reduce accidents through risk management and safety projects.
• Manage SSPP and PTASP programs promoting continuous safety culture improvement.
• Develop safety education programs and engage employees in safety initiatives.
• Chair safety committees, monitor hazard data, and drive safety performance metrics.
