Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Management with a Safety concentration, or related field.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and participate in community activities.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and influence with field teams to improve safety practices.
• Assist in implementing safety programs and ensuring compliance.
• Balance fieldwork with administrative tasks like inspections and training tracking.
