Job summary

Sunoco is seeking a safety‑conscious CDL A driver to load, transport, and unload gasoline products to Sunoco and customer sites. You must meet DOT regulations, pass the DOT physical, and be willing to obtain a TWIC card depending on location.

The role requires 18 months of verifiable Class A driving experience and a current CDL with Tanker/Hazmat endorsements. Shifts may rotate, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Eighteen (18) months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Current CDL with X endorsement (Tanker and Hazmat).
• Must pass a current DOT physical.
• Must possess and maintain a DOT Medical Certificate and meet FMCSA standards.
• Must be willing to obtain a TWIC card (location dependent).

Responsibilities

• Be able to safely load and unload a gasoline tank truck.
• Be able to safely transport loaded vehicle to assigned delivery point.
• Prepare and document activities in accordance with Federal DOT Regulations and Company Policies.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle.
• Work rotating or various shift schedules.
