Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or electrical/electronic field.
• Willingness to learn and operate in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand what constitutes producing a quality product that meets customer expectations.
• Read, comprehend, and execute written instructions.
• Operate machinery according to set procedures – meeting productivity goals in a safe, quality, and environmentally sound, cost‑effective manner.
• Be able to properly operate manufacturing equipment.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers to determine adherence of product characteristics to prescribed specifications.
• Safely operate a fork truck, if assigned, and possess a valid company forklift license.
