Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an Operator USW in Bettendorf, IA. The role covers daily pipeline and terminal operations, including monitoring, sampling, and related maintenance tasks.

You will work with carriers, drivers, and technicians to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient product movement within the terminal. The position follows a dayshift schedule (Monday–Friday) with potential overtime and on-call responsibilities, and is governed by the current collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's Degree in Petroleum Tech or related field preferred.
• Three years of related field experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken; strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product movements in the terminal and main line, including loading rack operations and sample analysis.
• Input data into computer systems and perform daily facility inspections.
• Assist drivers, customers, and technicians with routine operations and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in the facility emergency response team and attend safety trainings.
• Comply with SIP, OQ requirements, and other company policies; perform additional tasks as directed.
