TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an Onsite Safety Coordinator to strengthen and enforce safety policies across multiple worksites in the Greater Atlanta area. The role involves traveling between sites to ensure electricians comply with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards, proactively identifying hazards, and conducting real-time safety improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction safety, OSHA 500, CPR/First Aid, and a strong grasp of OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a construction safety role.
• OSHA 500 Certification required or preferred.
• CPR / First Aid Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70E.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job-site safety assessments and inspections.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety policies are followed consistently.
• Document unsafe conditions and carry out corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Provide daily safety orientations for all employees and subcontractors.
• Support hazard analysis and proactive safety planning.
• Lead accident reporting and investigation efforts as needed.
• Maintain safety records and required documentation.

Onsite Safety Coordinator

Pay: Starting at $24 (dependent on experience)

Location: Greater Atlanta area (must be willing to drive between worksites)

Shift: Monday through Friday with opportunities for voluntary overtime on Saturdays

We are currently seeking a Safety Coordinator to help strengthen and enforce safety policies while promoting a culture of safety across all jobsites. This individual will travel between worksites to ensure construction electricians consistently adhere to company, OSHA, and industry safety standards. The Safety Coordinator will proactively identify potential hazards, address safety concerns in real time, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and compliant work environment for all employees.

Job Duties
