Job Description
The Safety Coordinator will serve as a high-visibility, field‑based safety presence, spending approximately 90% of their time in the field interacting directly with trades. This role is hands‑on and focused on preventing incidents through presence, intervention, and communication. The Safety Coordinator is expected to actively identify unsafe behaviors, stop work when necessary, and coach crews in real time to ensure compliance with site safety standards.

Work Environment
The work takes place at a construction project site located in Aurora, CO, lasting approximately 120 days. Overtime is required and expected, with shifts scheduled as follows: Day Shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Night Shift from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Augmented shifts may be needed to support peak site activity.
This is a Contract position based out of Aurora, CO.
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
