KS Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator for Dallas–Fort Worth, TX. This direct-hire, salaried role includes a company vehicle and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities include promoting a strong safety culture, performing site inspections, ensuring OSHA compliance, and leading safety trainings. Travel across the DFW area and occasional Texas sites is required.

Competenze

• OSHA 30 – Construction Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of construction safety experience.
• Strong understanding of OSHA construction standards.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct and present safety training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

NOW HIRING Safety Coordinator – Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

** Direct Hire | $65,000–$80,000 Salary DOE | Company Vehicle Provided**

Our client is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This is a direct-hire, salaried position with a company vehicle and a strong benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction safety experience, strong knowledge of OSHA standards, and the ability to communicate safety expectations effectively with field employees, supervisors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and promote a strong safety culture across construction projects.
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Conduct and assist with safety training for individuals and groups.
• Participate in incident investigations and root-cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to walk active construction sites and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 510 Certification.
• CHST certification or ability to obtain.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in commercial construction, low voltage, telecommunications, or industrial environments.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Experience with safety management software and mobile inspection applications.

Travel & Work Environment

• Primary coverage area: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
• Occasional travel to other Texas project locations may be required.
• Company vehicle provided.
• Must be comfortable working on active construction sites and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Screening Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Obtain customer-required site access credentials as needed.
